Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

Prior to shipping, our team will perform an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Your item should be in the original packaging and not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
