The WA SURF Academy operates on the student achieving different progression bars once they master a certain set of skills. The student must meet the requirements of the previous bar before progressing to the next level.

Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing times for each item.
Prior to shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
